Biography

Pegahi directs the Mahan Scholars advanced research program, which studies questions of strategic deterrence, nuclear proliferation and U.S. nuclear policy. She also co-teaches the college's special operations elective sequence. Her research interests center on the strategic uses and limitations of tools at the two ends of the conflict spectrum.
