Cmdr. Patrick Snow joined the U.S. Naval War College faculty in June 2019 after graduating from the College of Naval Warfare. He has served on a number of operational commands as a helicopter pilot. He served as one of three U.S. officers on the Naval Staff College Class 82. Cmdr. Snow earned a master’s degree in business administration and global leadership from the University of San Diego, and two masters degrees in national security and strategic studies from NWC. Commissioned through NROTC, he graduated from Miami of Ohio in 1999 with a bachelor’s in psychology and a minor in naval science. He was designated a naval aviator in September 2001.
