Biography

Dr. Moore is a Professor of Joint Military Operations and has taught in the NWC-at-NPS program since 2001. He spent 30 years in the Army and Army Reserve and retired as a Colonel, Engineer Corps, U.S. Army Reserve. He has been a local elected official for 23 years, serving at various times on the boards or commissions of five local government agencies. He has also served as the president or on the board or council of eight non-profit organizations.
