Biography

A Professor of Strategy and Policy and manager of the CNO’s Professional Reading Program, Tim is a Ph.D. candidate at The Fletcher School with a concentration international security studies and international organizations. In 2011, he reported to the VAW-115 “Liberty Bells” in Japan, serving as the Commanding Officer until July 2013. As a career naval aviator, Tim has over 3,900 flight hours and has served as a Strategy Officer and Branch Chief at USNORTHCOM, a Federal Executive Fellow at the RAND Corporation, and as a flight instructor.
