Dr. Yvonne R. Masakowski is an Associate Professor of Strategic Leadership and Leader Development at the U.S. Naval War College (USNWC). Dr. Masakowski teaches courses in leader development, cultural competence, and Leadership and War viewed through the Humanities. She is the US Chair of a NATO panel on Leader Development for NATO Multinational Military Operations (NATO HFM RTG 286).
