This event is invitation only with select faculty and international naval officers.The Asia Pacific Navy Planning Process International Course (APNIC) is an engagement event involving naval officers from approximately 16 Indo-Asia Pacific countries. During the course the officers will learn the Navy Planning Process and develop professional relationships designed to enhance future multinational operations.
APNIC is sponsored by the Commander of the U.S. Pacific Fleet and the Chief of the Maritime Staff Office, Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF). The course is executed by both the U.S. Naval War College and the JMSDF Command and Staff College.
