The Panel will take place on Monday, May 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m (EST), and will include Michelle Jarvis, Deputy Head, International, Impartial and Independent Mechanism - - Syria; Cecilia Tengroth, Chief of Staff, Swedish Red Cross; and Paula Iwanowska, Legal Expert & International Coordinator, Nordic Centre for Gender in Military Operations.
