Developing a “Porcupine” Innovation Defense Strategy for Taiwan to Safeguard

Mr. Hsu will lay out a plan for Taiwan to develop a resilient cyber defense and asymmetrical capabilities in areas such as cyber, drones, and semiconductors (particularly TSMC) as well as the geopolitical risks in these domains.
