Ukraine: A Diplomatic Perspective

Walter Braunohler will talk about his experience posted to the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine until it was evacuated in early 2022, explain the run-up of diplomacy before the war, and why Ukraine is strategically important to the United States and the rest of the world.
