Unmanned Aerial Systems in the Ukraine War

Join us for an in-depth discussion of how Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) are being used to devastating effect by both sides in the on-going Ukraine war. Our guest speaker is an award-winning journalist who has researched and written extensively on the use of "drones" in this brutal fight. This lecture offers the opportunity to understand the capabilities and limitations of these systems and to go beyond the sound-bites and video-clips we have all seen on the nightly news.

About this Lecture

Lectures of Opportunity offers U.S. Naval War College (NWC) students, faculty, and staff an opportunity to learn more about national and international socio-political subjects that may be of relevance to the NWC community.
