Geoengineering the Earth's Climate: An Introduction to the Scientific and Governance Issues

Dr. Kate Ricke, associate professor at the School of Global Policy and Strategy at UC San Diego, will speak on the Combined Naval Address on Climate, Energy and Environment. The Combined Naval Address on Climate, Energy and Environment is a joint effort by the Naval Postgraduate School, Naval War College, Naval Academy, Naval Community College and Marine Corps University to share perspectives and enhance educational opportunities in the intersection of climate, energy and environment with national security.
