Get Real, Get Better
“Get Real, Get Better” (GRGB) calls for every Navy leader to apply a set of Navy-proven leadership and problem-solving best practices to empower our people to achieve exceptional performance. Organizational Learning has the role of strategic planning and systematizing learning across the Navy. It provides a structure, process, and forum for accountability that corrective actions from report recommendations are implemented and achieve the desired outcome. Together, they form a continuous improvement ecosystem. The process drives transparency, accountability and operates at the scope, scale and pace required to create an organizational culture that mitigates risk at the right level.
Ms. Kirsten Webb and Ms. Faith Grigg will share the systemic approach to Organizational Learning and the interconnected and complementary initiatives across OPNAV and the Navy that will make this cultural renovation successful.
