Mr. Gordon will be provide an overview on Operational Contract Support (OCS) with a special focus on EUCOM and Ukraine. He will discuss some of the current contracts and capabilities being provided to support Ukrainian operations, shortfalls, and future support to the Joint Force's efforts in that theater. His global and joint portfolio of capabilities serves as a background to discuss success, challenges, and pitfalls with regards to OCS execution.
