Wielding Influence in the Information Environment: A Discussion on the Importance of Offensive and Defensive Strategic Communications in the Wicked Information Environment

Our military forces can deliver a missile into a garage window, yet routinely fail to deliver accurate and resounding messages to friends and foes alike. Automated tools can help in defending against malignant attempts to undermine the U.S. and its partners, as well as the "targeting" process to better employ today's most powerful weapon: influence.
