About this Event
The U.S. Naval War College (NWC) will host “Defense Day" for the 2019 Omicron II (O2) Class of Leadership Rhode Island, in concert with the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, the U.S. Navy’s Surface Warfare Officer's School and the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR). This one-day event will bring together 73 leaders in government, private industry and non-profit organizations from across Rhode Island to learn about the state's role in shaping our nation’s defense. Leaders will learn about NWC, the impact of the defense industry on Rhode Island and ESGR’s mission.
