The Navy Strategy: Lessons Learned from the OPNAV Director of Strategy
When developing a strategy, Navy or otherwise, there are important tenants to consider. This presentation will draw on Mr. Stubbs' personal experience in developing the last three Navy Strategies as well as the expertise of a myriad of those who developed strategies (both service specific and Department of Defense) before him to highlight both successes and failures in the process. Mr. Stubbs will frame specific observations in military, academic and business models while applying them to real-world examples, and discuss the path to develop successful strategy.
