${isOpenDescription}The Stockton Center for International Law at the U.S. Naval War College invites you to a Stockton Center Series Panel addressing Indo-Pacific Maritime Security.
The Panel will take place on Wednesday, June 3, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m, and will include Captain Sarabjeet Parmar, Executive Director, National Maritime Foundation; Dr. Bimel Patel, Director General, Raksha Shakti University; and Commander Anand Kumar, Deputy Director, National Maritime Foundation.
The panelists will address key issues in the Indo-Pacific theater such as the Indian Navy’s approach to operational maritime law, security threats in the Indian Ocean and South China Sea, and legal issues arising under the law of the sea and how these issues might affect the stability and order of the Indian Ocean.
