NEWPORT, R.I. -- Janine A. Davidson, undersecretary of the Navy, Lindsay P. Cohn, professor of national security affairs at U.S. Naval War College (NWC), and Adm. William F. Moran, vice chief of naval operations, participated in a roundtable discussion on civilian-military relations during an event held at NWC, Jan. 4.
The discussion was conducted as part of the college’s Evening Lecture Series and served as an opportunity for students, faculty and staff to discuss the two sides of the civilian-military coin with senior Navy leadership.
