Please have vehicle registration, insurance card and driver’s license. The visitor’s sponsor will need to submit a Gate Access Request to NWC Security by 3 p.m. on the day prior to the visit. Base Pass and ID Hours of Operation:

First Saturday of the month: 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
If you are visiting outside of normal working hours, proceed to Gate 1.
Once you have entered the NWC campus, there are limited open visitor parking spaces across from Conolly Hall (main NWC building), where the main entrance, called the Quarterdeck, is located. Additional parking is located at the Officers’ Club parking lot adjacent to the marina.
Visitor with sponsor
Most visitors to NWC are sponsored by a member of the faculty or staff and resident students. The sponsor needs to fill out a Gate Access Request from the NWC Intranet to allow visitor base access. This will place the visitor on the base access list and NWC Security will have a visitor badge for each visitor ready at the quarterdeck in Conolly Hall. The sponsor will need to sign in the visitor at the quarterdeck. If a reserved parking spot is required, the sponsor needs to include that in the Gate Access Request.
Visitor interested in a specific NWC department
If you have no current affiliation with the NWC, but wish to establish contact with a NWC department of interest for professional and academic purposes, please take a look throughout the site for your area of interest. Once you have
contacted a department and determined a mutually agreeable relationship, that specific department will sponsor individual/group.
VIP visitors
Conference attendees
Your NWC Conference sponsor will complete a Gate Access Request for attendees and provide information on lodging options.
