Biography
Capt. (ret.) Fred Turner was a 30 year naval intelligence and information warfare officer. Prior to arriving at U.S. Naval War College, he served as the assistant chief of staff for intelligence for Fleet Cyber Command / U.S. 10th Fleet. Turner is a joint qualified officer with extensive operations and planning experience, serving with multiple joint and Navy units and staffs across Europe, the Middle East and the Pacific.
