Biography

Capt. Tornga is a career naval flight officer in the EA-6B and EA-18G, deploying with both expeditionary and sea going squadrons, and commanding VAQ-133. Ashore he commanded Naval Support Activity Diego Garcia, served as Deputy Director of Strategy and Policy for Commander Naval Forces Europe/Africa/SIXTH Fleet, and served within the Security Cooperation Programs department at EUCOM.
