Biography
Prof. Brad Carter is a graduate of the University of Kansas where he earned his doctorate in American Studies. Before joining the faculty at the Naval War College, he was an associate professor of military history with the Army’s Command and General Staff College. He has previously taught at the University of Kansas and Saint Paul School of Theology, Kansas City, MO. A Kansas City native and Army brat, he received a bachelor’s in Philosophy and Religion from William Jewell College, Liberty, MO, and a Masters of Theological Studies from Seabury-Western Theological Seminary, Evanston, IL.
