David J. Sampson

Biography
Cmdr. Sampson is a senior war game and exercise specialist with experience in the field of war game design, strategy and development. Most recently he was the lead designer for a range of analytic war games focusing on support to international disaster response and strategic deterrence. Previously, Sampson was a key member of the exercise design, execution and analysis teams for combatant command and joint task force level training events including: Austere Challenge, Juniper Cobra, Judicious Response, Integrated Advance, and PANAMAX. Cmdr. Sampson is a former EA-6B Electronic Countermeasures Officer.
