Biography
Gina Granados Palmer is a faculty member at the U.S. Naval War College, Newport, Rhode Island, and entrepreneur with a background in mechanical engineering and production technology. Focusing on leadership, ethics, technology, war and the balance between diplomacy and defense, she completed her doctoral dissertation on literary and visual representations of war termination in the Pacific Theater at the end of World War II. Palmer received a master's degree from Harvard University's Division of Continuing Education with a concentration in international relations and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
