James Garrett Zoulias

Biography
Capt. Jim Zoulias graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a B.S. in ocean engineering and Boston University with an M.A. in international relations. A career naval pilot, he has over 1,500 hours in the SH-60F/HH-60H Sea Hawk helicopter in support of numerous operations in the Arabian Gulf. Capt. Zoulias also served as an assistant professor at the Joint Forces Staff College in Norfolk, VA where he taught in-residence JPME Phase II. Other assignments include command of Tactical Air Control Squadron 22, navigator of aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) and Team Chief/Deputy Commander of the National Airborne Operations Center at U.S. Strategic Command (STRATCOM).
