Biography

Jeffrey Capuno is the Chief Financial Officer and Comptroller of the U.S. Naval War College. He has a background of Economics from George Mason University and recently graduated from the Harvard Business School's alternative to the Executive Master's in Business Administration program. He is a Certified Defense Financial Manager and holds the Defense Financial Management Certification Level III. His previous assignments were the Deputy Comptroller, Navy Region Europe, Africa Central, Deputy Director, Operations (N3B), Navy Region Europe, Africa, Central. Additionally, Mr. Capuno has held financial management positions at Navy Installations Command (BSO52) and at the Defense Logistics Agency.
