Biography
Joseph Pangborn has been the CIO since 2010 bringing more than 22 years of executive level technology and engineering management experience prior to his arrival. Previous positions include VP/CIO at Roger Williams University, Director of Network and Information systems at the Rhode Island Department of Education and was an airline and corporate pilot. Mr. Pangborn served as a Technical Adviser, network engineer and Board Director of the RI nonprofit RINet. He served as an engineering advisor and several terms on the Board of OSHEAN, Inc. until ultimately becoming Chairman. He led these two organizations through a successful merger to create a comprehensive 501c3 non-profit service provider.
