Biography

Kendrick Kuo is an assistant professor in the Strategic and Operational Research Department at the Naval War College. His research focuses on military effectiveness, innovation, strategy and operations, and civil-military relations. His current book project examines when and how military innovation can surprisingly undermine combat performance. Kuo holds a Ph.D. in political science from the George Washington University.
