Biography

Capt. Alexander is the director of the Assist and Assess Team. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1997 with a B.S. in Ocean Engineering. He holds an Executive M.B.A. and a M.S. in IO Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a M.S. in Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College. After 13 years in carrier aviation flying the S-3B Viking in combat operations and as a flight instructor, he transitioned to Cryptologic Warfare, serving in leadership roles to include command of Navy Information Operations Command Colorado and the Director of Infrastructure, Resources, and Capabilities (J6/J8/J9) at Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF).
