Biography

Captain Holland is the director of the Russia Maritime Studies Institute and the Holloway Advanced Research Program. He is a naval flight officer qualified on the EA-18G, EA-6B and FA-18F. He served as the commanding officer of the Electronic Attack Weapons School, NAS Whidbey Island, Washington and as the assistant chief of staff for Operations (N3) at Commander, Carrier Strike Group Eight.
