Captain Holland is the deputy director of the College of Maritime Operational Warfare Assist and Assess Team. He is a naval flight officer qualified on the EA-18G, EA-6B and FA-18F. He served as the commanding officer of the Electronic Attack Weapons School, NAS Whidbey Island, Washington and as the assistant chief of staff for Operations (N3) at Commander, Carrier Strike Group Eight.
