Professor Michael Jones joined the Naval War College at Monterey, Strategy and Policy Resident Program June 2000. He earned is his B.A. and M.A. from the University of New Orleans specializing in diplomatic, military, and political history. He completed his doctoral program at Florida State University with the same historical focus as his previous degrees. Following 9/11, he joined the U.S. Navy reserves.
