Biography

Professor Pratt joined the NWC as a military professor in 2010 upon graduation as a distinguished graduate. Upon retirement in 2015, and following 27 years as a Colonel in the Air Force, he joined the NSA Department as an Associate Professor. He has served in multiple command tours, flown more than 200 combat missions in the KC-135, and is credited with establishing combat air patrol operations over all major U.S. cities following the attacks of 9/11.
