Biography
Morgan C. Hall is a State Department Faculty Advisor to the Naval War College, teaching in the Strategy and Policy and National Security Affairs Departments. As a Foreign Service Officer, he has served in Austria, Iraq, Italy, Belgium, Canada, and Indonesia. In Rome he served in the Italian Foreign Ministry as a Transatlantic Diplomatic Fellow. In Washington D.C., he served in the State Department on the Spain Desk and as an analyst in the Bureau of Intelligence and Research covering Greece and the Balkans. He holds a Ph.D. in European History from Columbia University and has published a book and several articles on the history of Modern Spain.
