Mr. Rick Menard is the Deputy Chief of Staff /Director of Mission Support. Rick is an Air Force veteran who came to the College as a civilian in 2002. Initially with the Dean of Academics, he transitioned to be Chief of Staff to the Provost and then assumed his current position in June 2016. As Director of Mission Support, he oversees the following departments: Civilian Human Resources, Facilities, Safety, Visual Communications/Graphics, Protocol/ Events/Visitors, Procurement, Security, the Special Security Office and Logistics. Mr. Menard is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Leadership Program.
