Lt. Cmdr. Rob Cizek is a native of Choctaw, Oklahoma. He is a 2003 graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration in management information systems and a 2010 graduate of the Naval Postgraduate School with a Master of Science in operations analysis. His sea tours include division officer, USS Louisiana (BLUE) (SSBN 743) and combat systems officer, USS Alexandria (SSN 757). Ashore, he has served as combat systems and strike action officer at Undersea Warfighting Development Center – Tactical Analysis Group and submarine operations officer at Carrier Strike Group Twelve.
