Biography

Robin Smith is an instructor in the Writing Center at U.S. Naval War College (USNWC). She is a retired college administrator specialized in teaching English to second language learners at the college level. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the International Relations doctoral program at Salve Regina University.
