Sandra Rosenau

Ms. L. Sandra Rosenau has worked as a human capital consultant with private sector companies such as CPS HR Consulting and Price Waterhouse Coopers, Federal Consulting, (now Guidehouse), and as a federal employee at the National Institutes of Health/National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the U.S. Army, Civilian Human Resources Agency, and Naval Sea Systems Command's Naval Undersea Warfare Center. She holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts, (Amherst, MA), as well as a Master of Science degree in Management from Lesley University (Cambridge, MA).
