Biography

Cmdr. Stephen Darring is a member of the College of Maritime Operational Warfare’s assist and assess team and director of the Henry E. Eccles Center for Sustainment Studies. Operationally, he has served on USS Denver (LPD 9), USS Sacramento (AOE-1) and for the U.S. Security Coordinator for Israel and the Palestinian Authority. His shore assignments include Navy Supply Corps School, Defense Logistics Agency, Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe and U.S. Transportation Command.
