Biography

Tam N. Pham reported to the College of Maritime Operational Warfare as a faculty member in October 2023 following his tour as a War Game Designer in the War Gaming Department, U.S. Naval War College. Additionally, he served as military professor in the Joint Military Operations Department at the U.S. Naval War College.
