This event is open to all Naval War College alumni, faculty and staff.U.S. Naval War College (NWC) held its 11th annual Regional Alumni Symposium (RAS) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The event was co-hosted by President, U.S. Naval War College and Director, Escola de Guerra Naval. The RAS explored a wide range of topics under the overarching theme of “Enhancing Regional Maritime Security.”
RASs are academic conferences designed to continue the professional military education of NWC alumni after they leave Newport. Programs include keynote speeches by prominent military leaders and faculty-led panels addressing contemporary challenges.
