The focus of this two-day conference will be on the individual personnel (officers/enlisted/civilians) of the PLA Navy and other relevant services and their roles within their respective organizations, together with related dynamics, rules, and policies. We will examine recruitment, training, education, career progression, retention, and roles/responsibilities of individual members of the service(s).
Conference participation will be by invitation only. Official invitations are forthcoming. Please contact the CMSI Director, Christopher Sharman at christopher.sharman@usnwc.edu should you desire to attend this event (the conference will not be open to the press).
