Making Decisions in US Foreign Policy: Intervening in Kosovo 1999 and Getting Bin Laden 2011

This talk uses the somatic marker theory to explain the decisions of Madeleine Albright before the Kosovo intervention in 1999 and Robert Gates prior the 2011 decision to send in the Navy Seals to get Osama Bin Laden.
