Dr. Demchak will deliver a lecture on the basics of bitcoin and blockchain technology, including an introduction to key terms such as hash, digital signature, and consensus. She will end with a discussion of the security challenges of digital currencies and blockchain usage for individuals and enterprises including the Navy.
