This lecture will describe the journey of incorporating data analytics into a corporate compliance program. We will discuss the underlying technology and how it moved the operational goal of the compliance program from process and documentation, to driving transparency. Lecture will also address as the change management, key challenges and conceptual/legal challenges to incorporating data analytics into a corporate compliance program.
