Observations and Lessons in Inter-Agency Cooperation

Central Intelligence Agency Associate Director for Military Affairs and former U.S. Naval War College (NWC) President Vice Admiral P. Gardner Howe III will share his observations and insights on interagency collaboration, drawn from a career that often relied on finding constructive pathways for various US government institutions to work together to achieve mission success. Vice Admiral Howe will offer his perspective on the ongoing and future challenges to inter-agency collaboration, sharing best practices from his own experience useful to future military leaders at the college. This presentation will be unclassified and all students and faculty are welcome.
