Synopsis
Lt. Col. "Rider" Auger will provide a detailed discussion of the ways in which Reaper (and other) unmanned aircraft are being used around the globe to provide both Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance and strike, on demand, 24-hours per day. A recent distinguished graduate of the Naval War College Maritime Advanced Warfighting School program, he will dispel many of the myths and misconceptions that surround the use of "drones".
