Synopsis

The Lafayette Escadrille - America’s first fighter pilots. One hundred years after the end of WWI, this group of 38 American fighter pilots who fought with the French before American entry into the war remains legendary. Research done across France illustrates the particular reverence French people maintain for the story of sacrifice and bravery of these fascinating volunteer pilots.
