This event is free and open to the public.Navy Band Northeast Marching Band is heading to Plattsburgh, New York to be involved in the annual Battle of Plattsburgh Commemoration as participants in their parade on Saturday, September 14th.
The Marching Band performs primarily patriotic music and marches while representing the United States Navy at official military and civilian functions, public concerts and other patriotic events throughout the Northeast.
