${isOpenDescription}The Stockton Center for International Law at the U.S. Naval War College invites you to a Stockton Center Series Panel addressing conflict in outer space on Wednesday, May 13, from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. The panel will include Professor Hitoshi Nasu, University of Exeter Law School; Professor Frans von der Dunk, Nebraska College of Law; and Professor Jack Beard, Nebraska College of Law.
Squadron leader Kieran Tinkler, Royal Air Force, will serve as the moderator.
