This event is for U.S. Naval War College students, faculty and staff.

The COVID-19 pandemic has created a humanitarian crisis stranding hundreds of thousands of seafarers on ships and ashore. This panel will explore the ongoing crew change crisis to include a discussion of the present global situation, its impacts on mariners and maritime trade and the international “all hands on deck” effort to facilitate safe crew changes across the globe.
